Camper trailers are motor vehicles equipped with basic amenities of self-contained travelling residences. They are useful for any people who spend their most of the time in travelling. These camper trailers provide basic facilities of an home; you can prepare a meal, wash and sleep comfortably inside them.

There are three several types of these campers differing with structure and material involving construction. They are travel camper trailers; folding camping camper trailers together with fifth-wheel camper trailers. Each of these campers has basic property facilities. Different types of materials are used to manufacture these campers such as aluminium, steel, fibreglass, cheap etc. The material that the camper is constructed determines the overall weight of a trailer.

Three main types involving campers are discussed below:

Travel camper trailers: they are mounted on the back of some sort of tow vehicle. They have expendable section which are often pulled to increase living area inside. These camper trailers range high; they can be from 10 to 35 feet high. Larger camper trailers have capacity for up to 8 people to sleep comfortably.

Folding camper trailers: these camper trailers are more compact than travel camper trailers and are light in weight. Platforms of these camper trailers are constructed of tough materials but this walls and roofs are constructed of flexible materials. The flexible walls and roofs help you collapse and fold this trailer in compact dimensions before heading towards your destination. And when you reach your destination, you can spread the trailer with large size. They are cheaper than travel camper trailers and provide space for up to 6 people to sleep in.

Fifth-wheel camper trailers: they are the hunchbacks of some sort of camper. The upper 50 % of these campers extends above the back of the car or truck; the vehicle generally is a pick-up truck. The beds of these types of trucks have special problem installed, this hitch is called fifth-wheel or goose-neck problem. This type of design tends to be more stable and firm in comparison to others.
