Place around the mountains and the sea, Barcelona is one of the the majority interesting cities on the Western Mediterranean coast, a city with a zest for existence and artistic legend. Barcelona is the second Spanish city looking for its historic rival, Madrid and the capital of the Autonomous Community of Catalonia. Into the south of Barcelona is Montjuic Prominence, which translates to ‘Jews Mountain’. This splendid expanse of leaves is also domicile to a couple of well celebrated fine art museums, the Fundacion Miro and the Museu Nacional d’Art de Catalunya, and also the historic 1992 Olympic arena. One moreof Barcelona’s Museums is the Museu d’Art Contemporani de Barcelona (MACBA), locatedwithin a big glass surrounded structure painted by an American planner Richard Meier.
